My name is DuAnne. I've been self employed as a business and personal coach since the early 1990s. I enjoy taking risks, I thrive on the idea of becoming all that I can be, and I want to engage with you to get EVERYTHING you want in life, work, health and more!

We can work together 3 ways:

1. Personal Development: Individuals who want to create a more prosperous, abundant and fulfilling life sign up for 3-6 months;

2. Professional Development: Organizations give their top talent the boost of a coach to define, clarify and enhance their skill sets (communication, relationship managment and leadership competencies) for 6-9 months;

Organizations bring me in to work with talent development & with thought leaders who want to jumpstart their teams for more success.

I offer executive coaching to senior managment and their direct reports. Teams and leaders who are ready to increase their proficiencies get better results with a coach who sees beyond the perceived limitations.

EAP (Employee Assistance Programs)

Informal lunch & learn sessions such as reducing stress. Group and individual coaching calls to assist employees in identifying resources and how to break work-place habits that get in their way.

Human resource managers who are looking for employee assistance package put coaching at the top of their list.

3. Spiritual Development: People who are interested in the Law of Attraction, and other leading-edge thinking come to explore what is REALLY possible.

Like you, I’ve been a master at doing the roles expected of me----- daughter, mother, grandmother, worker, leader. On and on it goes. Each of those roles is and has been supremely valuable and important to me.

NOW, I am focused on integrating ALL of who I am so that I can live and work from the internal wisdom that continues to expand within me. That is why I have combined the multiple websites and many focus areas that have been part of my lifework.

NOW, I am dedicating my life and work to serve people just like you. People who have done it by the rules, paid their dues, climbed the ladder, raised families and mentored leaders. Some of you have sacrificed far beyond your imagination so that you could help others along the way. Many of you have different ways to define success and are ready to spell it precisely the way you want it.

NOW, is the time for YOU to step up for yourself in ways that perhaps are slightly out of the ordinary, different than your education, or to answer the call in your heart or creative idea to take a chance on you.
